The 2010 Symposium is intended for 2010 National Career Days participants – students, drawing those taking part closer to contemporary business and the trends that affect it. Another of the Symposium’s goals is to stimulate young people’s entrepreneurship and potential, open up horizons for them and encourage at birth their ideas, from which successful projects and, in the end, their own enterprises result.
There are already several advantages: participants cooperate with invited companies and have the opportunity to directly communicate with important personalities in the current business scene in Slovakia.
The Symposium’s overall content is tailored to the conference itself and is, in space created therein, intended for those attending NCD since the Symposium is part of it and being directly run from locations in the exhibition hall. Therefore, a participant would experience over the two days a gainful conference while still having the opportunity to participate in NCD and profiting from communicating with other companies. It needs to be stressed that more direct communication will be happening at the Symposium.
The main idea of this year’s Symposium is “Creativity and Innovation” is to point out the importance of existing issues and their inevitability, whether it involves running a business or the current labor market.
Due to the event’s exclusivity, the number of participants is limited (60-90). There is a separate application procedure that consists of completing an online form in the NCD webpage, where the entrepreneurship, creativity and other qualities of the person applying will be separately considered.
