International exchange program - consists of international professional internships as well as development and educational activities. AIESEC professional internships complement university education, allowing a more extensive and detailed knowledge of world relations while meaningfully utilizing your creative potential to develop in society.  AIESEC members are university students or recent graduates who have taken advantage of the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge and previous work experience abroad. They are educated in different areas, for example: management, marketing, information technologies, finance, psychology, languages and pedagogy.

	Management internships are available in the fields of finance, accounting, business, marketing, human resources management or project management.
	Technical internships cover website development and administration, software development and programming, systems development and analysis or network and database administration.
	Education internships include foreign language instruction, subjects in a foreign language, development studies, personal development, professional consulting, cultural interaction and promotion of the education sector.
	Development internships are characterized in particular by work with handicapped groups in children’s rights and in environment, education, rural development, business, etc.

What is AIESEC?
AIESEC is a global, non-political, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management.
