National Career Days is organized by AIESEC, a global, non-political, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Members of AIESEC are interested in global issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion and national, ethnic or social origin.
AIESEC provides its members with a full development process consisting of leadership experiences, international opportunities and a global learning environment.
Our international range of opportunities allows young people to discover and develop their potential, leading to a positive impact on society.
AIESEC was established in Stockholm in 1948. The founding countries were Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark and France. AIESEC’s branch in Slovakia was founded in 1966.
AIESEC in Slovakia
AIESEC in Slovakia, based on its results and due to the quality of its work, is one of the best in the network. It is currently composed of eight organizations: AIESEC Slovakia, the national center, and seven local committees at universities in Bratislava, Nitra, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Poprad and Košice. AIESEC Slovakia has approximately 200 members, volunteers who actively contribute through their work to fulfilling our vision.
