KPMG Slovensko, spol. s r.o. has offered jobs to university students and graduates since it was established, filling approximately 50 positions a year with young people who are concerned about their professional growth. Therefore, we are constantly looking for ways to approach young people.
KPMG Slovensko, spol s r.o. has been cooperating for several years with AIESEC in a number of areas aimed at students. AIESEC has recently come into our market with “National Career Days”. Participating in this event has proved to be very effective for us. We consider National Career Days to be one of the best opportunities to see young people.
National Career Days, organized each year, are an excellent opportunity for us to meet the current and up-and-coming “Generation Y”. We know from experience that both direct contact and presenting our company at this event bring students valuable information about us and often also attractive job opportunities.
We have been regularly taking part in National Career Days for several years and see how both its quality and organization has improved. We have always been satisfied with AIESEC’s approach.

Henkel Slovensko has participated in National Career Days for a long time and, over the years, has been increasingly utilizing the services it offers. At NCD, we have managed to identify many talented young people and it has become an important recruiting and communicating tool for our company to reach students and university graduates.
Every year, the event’s popularity grows among students and rising participation has been bringing us good results. The excellent organization work AIESEC members do also contributes. The services, and the National Career Days itself, are at an extraordinary high level, and the event is absolutely well-organized. If we take into consideration the fact that NCD is being put on by the students themselves and not by experienced professionals with many years of knowledge about organizing trade fairs and presentations, AIESEC deserves a lot of credit that young people are able to prepare and organize such an event at the level of many other trade fairs, including international ones.
We are looking forward to the next annual NCD.
